• We do not make income or employment guarantees, nor do we promise that completion of a program will result in certification, licensing, or specific job opportunities.

2. Accreditation & Licensing 

• Somatic Arts Academy is not a university, college, or state-licensed institution.
• Our certifications are not accredited by a governmental or regulatory body.
• However, we are accredited by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT), which recognize our training for professional development and continuing education.
• It is your responsibility to check licensing and certification requirements in your jurisdiction before enrolling to ensure our programs align with your professional or regulatory needs.

4. Payment & Financial Responsibility

• Course fees must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan.
• We offer a 3-Month Love It or Leave It Guarantee: If you decide the program is not a good fit within the first three months, you may discontinue participation and will not be responsible for future payments. However, any payments already made are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for financial loss resulting from enrollment, business decisions, or professional opportunities pursued after training.
